The Emirate of Dubai extends for the full length o of the United Arab Emirates along the coast of the Persian Gulf. Its population numbers more than 2 million. This emirate has signed a large number of double taxation treaties with high tax burden nations and is often used by major global corporations to improve their tax planning.
